dvd/cd rip tool

i have v1.05 and every time i go to the dvd/cd rip tool the screen comes up with that crappy message telling me that my xbox cannot recognise the disc-even though there is no disc inserted in the drive! it has worked on the few occasions i used it but not in the last week. any solutions?

have you deleted your dash sound tracks?
you need to have a soundtrack installed
