Dolby Digital not working after Mod

I had the Xroads mod installed, plus new dash etc etc. I notice that the Xbox no longer outputs Dolby Digital. It was fine before the mod. Any reason why and can it be fixed ?

Thanks. Yes. Done that now and it works - did not realise the system settings set back to default after mod.
