i did a hardware flash on you board so i dont need that hdd, plus i think the board is gone so you might as well pull the platter out, they are very shiny :)

probably could mean no more flashing, specially if the xyclops is a otp fgpa, although it could be a flashable cpld, but who knows yet, know one seems to have got any details on what type of type of chip the xyclops is yet, other than silicon :) might be needing a microscope and some hot sulfuric!

serial flashrom

its basically my terminology for a hidden flashrom that is probably programed serially, like through 1 wire or 2 wires like a usb connection if you will. yes its somewhat a bit of a hassle but this xcalibur chip seems to have a lot of other chips embedded into it, so im sure its doable its just how long etc...
