xcommander problems

I can't seem to get my xcommander to read cd-rw or dvd-rw discs and therefore have a lot of problems trying to get data to my hard disk... It reads normal CD's and DVD's but not any of burnt myself. Media Player however seems to have no porblems reading the same disk...i have a phillips drive can anyone help?????

currently x commander only supports xbox data discs, where as media player also supports iso 9660, i thinks you need to make some xiso's :)

As i am fairly new to this i don't actually know what an xiso is ???? what do i have to do to make an xiso ??? and is there any other way of getting data froma CD/dvd to xbox apart from xcommander????

I had mine done by u guys (i think his name was Dave) except it was over a year ago and it doesn't have this dvd ripping tool... can i go back to him and get a software upgrade???
