Installing used HHD

A friend of mine gave me his 120gig HHD from his Xbox because he upgraded his. What I was wondering is it possible to put it into my Xbox? My Xbox (only 40gig) has the gtX dash and it is TSOP flashed, and the HHD came from a Xbox with Xecuiter 3 with Evo-X on it. Is it possible to replace my HHD with his and if so how do I do this??? If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time in advance.

you will need to ftp the entire contents of the c, e and f drives to the other hdd, you could first tranfer it to a pc then back to the other hdd or possibly do a box to box transfer.
