And the number one word that gets spoken to me ... or shouted across the street ... or of the back of a bike ... HELLOOOOOOO... aaalaowei .. hellloooo!!! I forgot the camera today ... and due to the ongoing reno works here we are moving! so today is ode to the place I've called home for quite some time and a few pics from earlier times out and about down town west BJ's six miles bridges!!! These pics are from my daily commute with jules to the subway. Out the main entrance of 'peaceful syli plot' |

LiuLiQiao Nan (south)! Below is the southern main bus stop that we would often catch to head to the subway (Di Tia) and the driving reason behind us getting an electric bike! ... in the mornings its virtually deadlocked so the 1.5km bus ride could take anything up to 45 mins! Here it was an afternoon shot whilst heading back in to meet Laopo... (laopo is the common word for your female partner .. it's a somewhat endearing term .. else you can use the official TaiTai which is Wife :) ... for supper ... come on 944 .. i'm late! |

| Guo Yuan Here we come! Our new place is walking distance from Guo Yuan (Fruit Park) DiTia Jan (subway station .. our new local subway station pictured below) ... and out that far the subway becomes a train station that is built on raised conrete pillars so it doesn't get in the way of any traffic! That's Laopo and ta de Hen Hao de Pangyou ( her very good friend). So it's goodby to 6Mile Bridge and Hello Fruit Park!! |
